Unable to complete the into the breach quest (2 atlas and two boss points missing)

Hello, my problem is that I am not abled to complete the into the breach quest.
Therefore i might be missing some passive points for the atlas.

I have tried every work around I have found on the internet, I even walked every pinnacle on all tiers again as well as every line in the how to obtain x atlas skill points
