Blood Magic Vs. Last Lament - Balancing

Hello,

Just wondering if there is any bugged interactions or unintended balancing issues with the way the Lich works.

With the Lich's ascendancy node "Eternal Life", the Last Lament won't consume life as long as one has energy shield, as featured on the official PoE YouTube channel. However, when using blood magic while having Eternal Life active, it would show an error saying that you don't have enough life to cast spells.

Could it be possible to tip the scale to a more fair assessment of interactions? Either blood magic should work with Eternal Life active (Which would be super broken IMHO) or the Last Lament shouldn't work with Eternal Life active.
