Private leagues with easier options rather than hard

Easier private league:
(These are all 2 options)
Monsters deal 10-20% reduced damage
Monsters have 20-40% less life
Monsters have 10-20% reduced attack, cast and movement speed(maybe not movement speed)
Monsters have 20-40% reduced area of effect
Players have +15-30 to all resistances(reducing kitava's -60 to -30)

I'm not very good at this game, but I do enjoy it a lot and have done so for about 10k hours. Idk if my getting older means im getting worse or if the game is getting harder(I hope its the latter xD), but I was trying to think of ways to decrease the difficulty without worsening the overall balance, this hit me. I genuinely think I'd pay every league to experience an easier game as a solo private league experience. I play trade every league.

Its a stated goal from them that easier private leagues will never happen. They have special voided events of their own making if they ever want to do things that make for an easier game experience.

do you follow build guides? I would suggest finding a hardcore viable build guide to follow. The additional defenses baked into the build to make it HC viable will do alot to make up for any skill deficiencies on your part.
