Account link to steam but impossible to connect via steam + is it possible to transfer a character

Hello everyone,

I bought the game on the official website linked my account with my steam account and played the game and even after that the link is still not working. Do you know how I can fix this ?

I would also like to ask if it's possible to transfer a character to another account. Let me explain why, I discover the game by playing it with my best friend at his appartement and so I created a character with his account and play pretty much with it. And I liked the game so I bought the early acess and created my own account. But I would like to be able to continue the path of the character I played at my friend appartement so on his account. Is this possible to transfer the character to my account ? So I can continue with this character ?
