All Hollow Palm Technique Bug List

This thread will only contain confirmed bugs involving Hollow Palm Technique (HPT)

The bugs here are the behaviors or confirmed bugs that I've see or experienced
if you have more bugs with HPT please put it in the comment so I can update it to the main post once confirmed.

Bugs

1. Wind Dancer (Gale Force)

The Ability work in the Evasion part, but the Explosion part or "Gale Force" part is not. The Gale Force do not gain any damage from HPT and have only base damage as if you don't have any flat damage.

2. Charged Staff

While the "Shockwave" and activation part work fine, but the flat lighting damage from the "Buff" part is not. The ability do not grant you any damage no matter how much power charges you have or consumed.


Questionable Interactions

1. Temper Weapon
The Ascendancy passive designed to work with Melee Martial Weapon, so as the game logic it does make sense but not sure if that intentional to exclude the HPT to utilize the passive, which I would not agree if it is.

2. Quarterstaff Passives Notes
On this interaction I can understand if it intentional, but I am just not sure if it is intended or just an overlook.


Anymore inputs are very welcome. The HPT have alot of weird behaviors (many are not confirmed yet at the moment eg. spirit skills issues.) and it've been a months with only one bug fixed. This thread and effort just for the hope that it can help GGG to work on all the the bugs faster/easier.

do you not experience the fact that sometimes you deal no damage to mobs that spawn right in front of you? like i have this on every map with some terrain difference. if it spawns on a bridge or on a hill i have to pull it from there in order to do dmg . i can stay and spam attacks on a white mob for 1 min straight and deal 0 dmg :D

Yes, I have it few times with abyss hole. But I cannot confirm that it’s a bug on the Skill or the HPT. and I also see people who not even use Quarterstaff skills report similar problem too.
