The Coming Calamity deleting socketed supports

Description:
Upon entering a map, the equipped body armour disappeared from the character’s equipment slot, along with all the support gems that were socketed inside it.

Details:
We had inserted support gems into all three Heralds.
The body armour's Herald of Ice was equipped with the unique support gem Uul-Netol’s Embrace (currently valued around 15 Divine Orbs on the market).
As soon as we entered the map, the body armour vanished entirely from the inventory and equipment, and all socketed support gems were deleted as well.

Expected Behaviour:
Body armour and its socketed gems should remain equipped upon entering a map.

Actual Behaviour:
Body armour disappeared and all gems inside it were permanently lost.

Reproduction Steps:
Equip body armour with multiple support gems linked to Heralds.
Equip support gems into Heralds.
Enter a map.
Observe that the body armour vanishes.
Relog back, body armour appears but socketed gems will go back to the point before insertion (rollback).

Additional Notes:
The issue resulted in the loss of valuable gear and gems.
No error message or warning appeared when the disappearance occurred.
