Ground loot and npc tags are blurry

I'm playing on Xbox series x and no matter the settings for the TV in game settings or the Xbox settings I cannot get the ground loop tags in the MPC tags to not be blurry whenever I move.. it's to the point where it's actually making me nauseous...
