Videos of All Skills play when on controller but not on Mouse & Keyboard (and WASD).

The issue is quite simple.

When playing with a controller, I can play all videos of skills, as well as those I cannot equip. This is quite useful while trying to come up with new builds on the same character to try to understand how the skill actually works. It is also a cool way to check what I am missing out on when not using different weapons, or to help me decide what new class to play.

When playing with keyboard and mouse instead, you must equip the specific weapon to see the videos. Also, you cannot play them when the skillgem is not of the same level as the skill, or if you do not have enough stat to equip the skill.

Maybe it is just me missing out on something? Because, as it is, people using mouse/keyboard have a feature locked out.

The possibility to check out video descriptions, at all times, for all classes, no matter the level or stats, should be extended to all users.
