Arjuns medal dissapeared ?

So i am playing crossbow build and as we know Arjuns medal lineage support is kinda core to any crossbow build unless you are lich with last lament . So what happened - ive been running wildwood and arjuns medal tinked i was like pog and even wasnt aware that its 50 div atm and ofcourse ive bought my own on start of league and had my own running already, so i sold it being happy dang +50 but later on in two maps ive noticed that something is wrong and MY OWN arjuns medal is missing . Im kinda confused because obviously i didnt drop my own lineage support on floor for fun while ive been running map and as i am aware theres no keybing combination to fatfinger to drop your own support gem. So did i drop my own support cuz of some bug or did it just mystically dissapeared when i sold new one dropped i dont have any idea but defenetely something is wrong there
