Chilled Ground WAY TOO OFTEN TOO OP
Seriously, we spend all this time running these maps late game.
We spend effort and time with gear and stats making our characters faster...legitimate time and money... and what, 30%? of the maps (I don't know, but it feels like over half the maps T15+) have a slow-down affect that not only slows walking speed, but casting speed as well. Not to mention the Delirium Mirror effects... Literally all movement to the point that your character is almost unplayable, and that's with max cold resistance. It's horrible. It makes me want to rage quit, simply due to the wasted time, and go to the world blasting your poor decisions on all social media platforms. Also, this completely affects the balance of usable builds/characters in your game. Having to build to address it, just to be viable severely narrows the scope of playable types/builds. It reflects such a poor insight into game economy, like, really? Your analytics are that poor on build usage and item sales and supply/demand metrics? you couldn't see this a mile away? There are far better mechanics than whatever nonsense-moronic-thing "Chilled Ground" is to slow a characters map progression down. You can do better, I'm rooting for you. Please fix. I just put every waystone with temporal chains or chilled ground in a trash tab. So far, I still haven't run out of waystones and even if it should come to this, I'd just buy a bunch of T14s from Doryani and reforge into a new T15. At least some usage for all that gold I collected...
