Missing passives 22 of 24

Psn user Shargone.
Missing 2 passives on my Amazon charcter. All bosses with +,are listed as done and crossed out, all quests done and greyed out. Can't find where they are missing from. Sent ticket with verification code to for help, they said they were bussy and told me to post here.

a redditor says: For me it was the wovenhold in Holten (interlude - the refuge) Oswin the dread warden provides wardens ledger, that gives 2 weapon set passives. I never saw the wovenhold entrance on my run through and for 2 days have been trying to find the 2 missing points, that was a area with a ? So I couldn't see the boss yet with the + symbol

No I have him completed.
