+6% increased maximum life not working on the body armour "The Apostate Cabalist Regalia"?

I just want to report that I saw a bug where the "+6% increased maximum life" implicit on my corrupted body armour "The Apostate Cabalist Regalia" is not working (it seems like it is reducing the life instead of adding). I compared it to the ones with no implicit, the same armour with no implicit have higher life than the body armour with life implicit. Please note that I have "Supreme Ostentation" so STR won't matter as it will not give me any life. Please have a look on this. Thank you.

Since your profile is private and hiding your characters, I'll assume you have this Life Mastery allocated on your passive tree:

"15% increased maximum Life if there are no Life Modifiers on Equipped Body Armour"
