Hexblast indicator not showing up for Inevitable Agony

Title. I'm trying the chronomancer curse with hexblast, and it works fine, but the indicator so that you know you can use hexblast doesn't show up. I've got a workaround because the magnitude increases after 50% of the curse is done thanks to the impending doom passive, but the indicator would be better.
