Failed to connect to instance Error

Hi,

Since 2 days I’ve been completely unable to join any endgame map.
When I try to open or join any map, I get the following message:

Failed to connect to instance.

I’ve also noticed that I can’t enter some players’ hideouts either.
I get the same error message.

I’ve tried restarting my PC and router, changing gateways, and testing with different maps and characters, but nothing fixes it.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue, or is there something I can do to solve it?
