Eternal loading screens

I got an eternal loading screen 9 out of 10 times when I try:

- to log in into the game
- go to Abyss
- go to another players hideout ( to buy something )
- return to hideout after I complete a map

I tried Vulkan ( I had D3D12 by default )
I deleted the shader cache
I disabled loot filters

I hear background music. Gears are rotating. Tips are changing. Game does not seem frozen or anything like that. It just stays on the loading screen...

I never had these problems. Everything started with the latest hotfix. I did not try to downgrade the graphics driver since it is clearly a game issue ( I have 1000+ hours in game... )

I know the game is in early access mode but I love it so any tips are wellcome.
