Curses: Spell Cascade doesn't properly work with Cursed Ground

- Curse with Spell Cascade: after the initial delay the curse is first applied to the targeted area, and is then applied to 2 additional areas on either side
- Curse with Cursed Ground: after the initial delay the cursed ground is persisting at the targeted area
- Curse with Spell Cascade + Cursed Ground: like with just Spell Cascade the curse is applied to the target area, and then the additional areas, but the cursed ground is only persisting in the additional areas, not the targeted area

Cursed Ground clearly states that the max is 2 areas of cursed ground, so shouldn't the targeted area always be one of those two?

I'm guessing that it is somehow timing related, with the latest-applied areas likely being the ones to persist (just as they would when you cast the curse manually multiple times).

I notice that the outcome varies when using Spell Echo and Spell Cascade.

I use Doedre's Undoing with both supports, which behaves similarly creating at most two areas of cursed ground.

With only Spell Cascade linked to Despair/Doedre's, the result is as you describe with only the two outer cascaded areas persisting as cursed ground.

With both Spell Echo and Spell Cascade, I have the original targeted area and one side area persist.

With only Spell Echo linked, I obtain two concentric cursed ground areas.
