You guys really really do hate melee don't you?

Can you pleeeease do something about these rare abyss mods that prevent healing and flask usage?? Even just reducing its effectiveness to like 80 or 90%, having zero counterplay as melee feels awful.

Also bonus suggestion a few extra map fast travel points or even just like one halfway between the start and the boss would be greatly appreciated.

Haters will say relying on leech or health flasks or even being a melee class are bad build design but why even have them in the game if you are just going to disable them as fake difficulty, half the time these anti healing auras are so huge there's almost no chance you are running away from them before your health degens into the abyss itself.

I also can't absolutely pinpoint the actual causes of death here due to the lack of a death recap (y'know that thing you said poe1 couldn't have due to engine limitations, does poe2 use a new engine? hmm)

My thorns build was already doomed by these boss changes but that's nothing compared to these rare mods

They're nothing late game. They don't have the map mods. One shot every one as melee. Got six in a boss room today. Hairy, but doable.

Maybe tone them down early for people who copied their builds, but if they're going to be a standard league mechanic they won't show up as much anyway.
