Ritual Tablets - what happened?

First of all im unsure if this is rather a Feedback or Bug Reports Post, but I decided to post this here since it's more neutral and doesnt clutter up real bugs & problems, even if this might be a potential Bug (cause that's what it feels like).


So... starting off. Ritual Tablets just dont drop.
I was looking through multiple different areas to find answers. I cant really find anything on Discord/Reddit and mixed responses on both Bug Reports & Feedback. So I did my own testing.

This is testing that I've done in a Private League, aka SSF-lite.
My character currently holds 140% Rarity.
I tried multiple different strats:
- High Rarity + Quantity Maps
- High Pack Size Maps
- Multiple different leagues as additional content to force potential overlaps of Monster Spawns near or inside of Rituals

This isnt a high sample size, this is me just running lots of Maps and trying things, aka I didnt make a Spreadsheet with Numbers etc, but by looking at other posts people overwhelmingly come to the same conclusion.
Ritual Tablets dont drop or there's something else fucky going on.
Either it's enabled by a special interaction or it has to do with Monster Spawns. What I've seen so far is that there's not a lot of Monsters spawning inside the Rituals, even with "From the Mists". I dont think this is the root cause of this problem, but I have different guess.
I think the Hotfix that changed the Abyss-overrun/Ritual interaction also severly fucked up Tablet Spawns in some way.

If there's other people from SSF/SC or even Private Leagues, please post your interactions/informations or even own research/testing here. I'd love to see what other people are doing. Even if you yourself dont (for some reason) have problems dropping Ritual Tablets, please post what you're doing to drop them.
ALSO: This is a topic about Spawn Rates AFTER the first Hotfix, not after 3.1.0 Patch. Because I dropped Tablets in a normal amount between the time of 3.1.0 and the first Hotfix.
^ this is also boldened by the fact that Ritual Tablets have way higher prices than other Tablets in SC Trade

Additional Information:
- Im running a full Map Effect Tree
- 40/40 Atlas Points
- 6/8 Ritual Points | Promised Devotion, From the Mists, Tempting Offers
-- I tried Spreading Darkness for guaranteed 4 Rituals for most of my time in the private league and it didnt help at all
- With high rarity I mean 120-150% Rarity with around 30% Quantity
- With high pack size I mean around 60-70
- With additional leagues I mean Delirium and Breach obviously, running Breach/Deli and Irradiated Tablets

game is broken bru, patch 3.1 sucks

I have a level 93 character with 143% rare find in SSF and the only ritual precursor tablet I have received is the first one from the ritual introduction quest. So much of the crafting system revolves around omens right now and I just can't participate in that since I simply cannot run rituals. It's just guesswork to instill Disgust on my waystones and hope that the map rolls Ritual as a random event. I'm swimming in all other tablets.

It's not just Ritual for me - it's all of them, save Precursor. I have so many precursor tablets. I've run out of all tablets for any of the other mechanics, I'm crossing my fingers when I hit a random mechanic, hoping that it'll drop something. It's been hours since I've had a non-precursor tablet drop.

Tablets in general seem to not be dropping like before at all.

I went down a big rabbit hole like you and spent the past few days testing different combos I tried everything.. t15, t16 corrupted, pack size delirium, tablet drop delirium fully stacked and still nothing. So I went to hit towers to get a consistent drop of tablets and then it hit me... wait what the f**k am I doing? Shouldn't I be mapping 😂

It´s not just ritual tablet but all of them + waystones.

I've read in multiple places that Ritual Tablets only drop from naturally occurring ritual nodes, not from tablets with rituals on them.
I'm still learning a lot in this game so take this with a grain of salt. I suspect rarity doesn't help with Ritual Tablet drop rates since. Since it's normal/magic, high rarity may actually clutter the pool more, but I'm not sure on that one. I would imagine you want things that increase mob spawns and magic spawns and then quantity of items founds rather than rarity.

That's definitely false. I've been running all maps with ritual tablets in the last few days and while the drop rate is indeed abysmal compared to other mechanics, they DO drop from "forced" rituals.

Definitely a bump.
Run out of tablets even without 3 to 1 ing them and even only using 1 tablet
Even tried to instill for tablet drops but nope.
Since ssf my only option is to go back to old towers instead of searching for that 3% drop rakiata
But yeah ritual tablet drops are bad.

As a side note expedition and breach is fine ish(if you do logbooks they drop some)
