Cannot Delete Hideout items

I am trying to delete the cosmetic wardrobe out of my hideout because its fat and useless and it will not work with any way i try. None of the 3 methods to press delete on my keyboard will delete the stupid thing and the decoration menu doesn't have the option to reclaim it either.

I had to move it off into the corner of nowhere but it would be nice to actually be able to just get rid of it...
