If you've made purchases via our website or through Steam, please contact our Support team at support@grindinggear.com for any refund requests so that we can review the request. Please be aware that refund requests are checked into on a case by case basis.

If you've made purchases via the Microsoft Store or the Sony Store, you will need to contact Microsoft or Sony directly for assistance, as we are not able to action these purchases on our end as the console purchases are handled exclusively by the respective console company.
