Ancient Abyssal Bones Are Not Working

It has been numerous times I've used ancient bones by themselves and the essence of the abyss along with ancient bones and have not received higher than T3. From bows, to boots, to jewelry, it has consistently not been higher than T3.

Please fix this. If it's supposed to be an investment in higher tier modifiers then actually make it RNG for higher tier mods. Spending 3-4+ divine in order to get a mediocre T3 feels extremely discouraging. Especially after this .3.1 update which requires much more of a grind now to get currency
