Map connections on Atlas displayed incorrectly and shifting.

I have encountered this several times now where i couldn't traverse to maps which are shown by dotted line as directly connected and where i could travel to maps which have no connection...

As can be seen in the image, i wanted to traverse to the left but i couldnt, there was a line but the node was inactive so i went down. After i completed that map the connection i used is gone.
