Cast on Elemental Ailment Bricked

As per title, while swapping around a few gems, my Cast on Elemental Ailment bricked and cannot register that Lightning Warp is a socketed skill

Nothing i do makes it register the lightning warp

I just experienced this same bug. After moving some gems around to test CoEA stopped registering a socketed skill. So I made another one, same level same quality socked the same supports in and it works fine. There is no clear difference between the 2 gems. 1 is essentially corrupted in the game code itself.

The gem I swap consistently is Dialla between my 2 characters when I have to run a map with affixes that hinder 1 of them.
