Low tier map in 0.3.1

Try to level up a new char with some good gear for leveling.
I do it in 0.3.0 without any problem.
With the same gear, when I level another one in 0.3.1, I cannot kill the map boss even just with white waystone. Many times, I am OOM when the boss just lost 50% HP.
I am using some endgame gear already.....
Anybody have same feeling?
