Trial of the Sekhemas not giving points

I completed all 3 floors of the trial of the sekhemas and defeated the sand mother and the altar won't give any ascendancy points, I tried pressing refund passives and that hasn't worked either. I've done the trial multiple times and it just refuses to give the points at the end even though it says "Completing this ascension trial will grant additional ascendancy skill points".

I have the same problem on the ps5 version. Completed the 3rd floor in Sekhemas and got no ascendancy points. I used lvl60 djinn barya and afew honour resist and boosted damage to bosses relics.

Yea i've used a lvl 60 and 62 barya and nothing works, i'm so tired of running the trials at this point lol

PIZZA DELIVERY.
Had the right Djinn deep pan, which stated "two point tip on dropoff." Door 65.
Did three levels of stairs. Delivered pizza to Sandy Worm Lady. No tip, no points from Floaty No-Legs Lady either. (Pizza was hot on delivery.) Now none of my remaining Djinn pennies will give tips (they're level 66 and 67). Please help, I need tips.

Found that if I go 'REFUND PASSIVES' with Floaty no-legs lady, which brings up giant passive tree and not just the smaller version via the alter in ther room at the end of trial, I then get ascendancy points showing and can assign.

THEREFORE is working for the issue I encountered. Leaving here for others.

I had this problem, not happy to say the least. I looked it up and apparently there is bug. Try asking Balbala to reset passives. Unbelievably, it worked for me. I was on Lvl 74 and got my second and third ascendency points. Don’t ask.
