Constantly getting disconnected from game. Failed to Connect to Instance

During the last week increasingly i get the following message when I try to enter Waystones.

"Failed to connect to instance"

followed by a disconnect from the server.


As a result I have lost more than 15 high level Waystones, since I cannot use them due to disconnects, and I cannot progress the game since all the endgame is tied around the World Map and the Waystones.

I have tried different servers, different settings, repairing the game nothing, and since it is an instance matter it seems more likely that the problem is on your end!

So please fix this, cause there is no reason to play the game with this happening since there is no game for me to play.

Use a VPN and it works!

Have tried with a VPN too and is still doesn't work. And we shouldn't need to use 3rd party software to play the game correctly.

I have lost so many Waystones and materials, and have dropped in progress due to lost Waystones due to this bug. It is very demoralizing...
