Spark Bloodmage advice

I have been having fun with Barricades Spark Bloodmage build, but need advice on the next best step for my gear.
Currently Lvl 87. I am limited on funds with only 16 Div, 3 Annul, 2 Perfect Exalt.

While I think I have enough to craft a new Wand, I am not sure that this is the best upgrade, and suspect my Armour and boots may be the first choice.

I have priced Foci and the cheapest upgrade is over 60 Div. I also priced my current Wand and it may be worth about 50 Div, so is my best path to craft a new wand (about 13 Div) and sell my old one to fund other upgrades?
