Bug ? Cant use Vaal orb on essence encounter

hello, mostly i cant do such thing, but it happened just few times
whatever i do most of the times essence encounter could not be corrupted i tried to apply vaal orb on it by clicking the icon on encounter , i also tried apply it manually from my inventory .... most of the times encounter just starts without using vaal orb. same time STRONGBOXES use orb fine and no any problems ... read same problem in steam discussion since april 2025 ... any fixes / tips how to 100% use vaals on essence encounter? Have you tried using a remnant of corruption?
