No access to purchased merchant tab.
I purchased a merchant tab during the sale and I have no access to it. I don't know where it is.
I've been back and forth with support for the past few hours asking where my merchant tab is. They said go see Ange. Ange is in my hideout. She's also in Kingsmarch. Ange doesn't offer me anything but currency exchange. Support eventually told me to post here. I'm sure you'll tell me to contact support? Meanwhile I purchased the tab in order to trade which I am unable to do. I can go to other player's hideouts...so I know it works for others. This was the last message I received after they had me send multiple screenshots of me talking to Ange: [Removed by Support] WHERE IS THE MERCHANT TAB I PURCHASED?!?! " Merchant tabs are exclusively accessible through Ange. If you don't have the feature unlocked, you won't be able to access them. As for unlocking it, I believe it's done by finishing the "Hostile Takeover" quest. Have you finished that Act 4 quest this league? Alternatively, did you start in a private league or SSF, and migrate to Trade League? |

I did do the quest, but I never changed the hideout as I had already set one up.
After swapping to a hideout, I found that I do have access, but only in my personal hideout, and not the nice one I set up for the guild. Am I supposed to be able to manage the shop from Kingsmarch or my guild hideout? Is the only way to access it via Ange only in your personal hideout? Is this subject to change if not? I really like my guild hideout, and I also would want to have access via Kingsmarch. |

Not being available from Kingsmarch might be an intentional decision, since lorewise, wanting to do some shady business away from Kingsmarch is why Ange wanted to work from a Hideout anyways.
Not being able to access it from a Guild Hideout sounds more like an oversight than anything. Hopefully that's something that GGG would either look into or at least give a response to At least, I don't think there's been any word on it, but I'm also not reading/listening to everything that's come out from them. |
