failed to connect to instance

i have huge problem that pushes me away these days from playing the game
when i travel to any location sometimes the well of abyss or hideout or any map the game just disconnect and say "failed to connect to the instance" and this happens frequently not like once or twice a day it happens almost every 4 or 3 maps , so u can imagine my frustration when i juice a map and use high price tablet and then it disconnect and wont allow my to enter the map and i just have to open a new map nad just lose the first waystone and 1 attempt in the tablet , i lost many divines and especially time and i tried every method i thought of changed the server changed my internet tried to enter other places before the maps so it disconnect in them but nothing works unfortunately , i really enjoy the game and i want to keep playing it but this pushes me away and by the way it started to happen this update 0.3.1 and thx Last bumped on Oct 6, 2025, 2:27:44 AM
