Character missing 2 passive points due to bug in A3

The icon for the Sacrificial Heart quest in Act 3 is showing an X on it which indicates it had been completed but I did not receive the tome/consumable after my friend had sacrificed the heart during party play. I went back through previous zones by resetting new instances and could not get the heart to drop again which I am thinking is because the game thinks my progress on it has been completed.

" Probably cause the quest offers no consumables and you are getting rewarded with 2 weapon set points, the instant you touch the heart with the dagger... You most likely miss some other skill points in the acts. |

You may be right, hmm lemme take a look again, by the end of A3 how many skill points would one be at if you had not missed a single point and side quest?
