unexpected disconnection occurred, failed to connect to instance since today

Both in maps and with low level characters. Support sent me here to post in the forums, which is kinda odd, as I saw a forum post that directed to support...
Would love to get some feedback on this issue, just upgraded the support pack the other day, would definitely have not done so if I knew issues were incoming.
