Bug with Omen of the Liege During Quiver Desecration

Hi, I encountered a bug while using Omen of the Liege on a quiver during the Desecration process.

The first time I used it, it correctly showed three Amanamu-related modifiers. I also had Omen of the Abyssal Echoes active at the same time. However, after rerolling the result, the affix list bugged out — it displayed two Amanamu modifiers and one Kurgal modifier, which shouldn’t happen.

It seems that it should have shown three Amanamu modifiers again instead. Could you please check this issue or let me know how to proceed with it?
