High Ping

I bought path of exile aprox 4 days ago, the thing is that the first day it played perfectly, no issues, no nothing.

The main trouble is that even though i do have a good internet the servers like brazil show pretty much 50ms of ping but being in game i suddenly started showing an oscillation between 50 to 2000 constantly, never stopping, meaning that all the time i have a input lag of up to 2 seconds making the game unplayable.

What could be generating this, i have 600Mb of internet and i tested on the brazil servers mainly but also tried on servers like texas and it still shows the problem.

id like to know why this happens, i seen other players with the same problem and i hope i can get a fix, the game is unplayable now because of it.
