WTF with latency after last patch and when it's be fixed?

Greetings.

Mostly after the last patch 3.1, but it also happened earlier... When generating the map or changing location (moving to the hideout, descending into the abyss, regenerating the location when wiping on a boss) horrible latency spikes start. Just now you were running the map with 13-48ms (depending on the chosen gate), and suddenly we see endless spikes of up to 500ms on the screen, and it continues throughout the current map.

This is definitely not a provider issue because the next map can be perfectly flat. And the adjacency of a perfectly flat abyssal depths to the main map at the same waystone clearly demonstrates that the provider has absolutely nothing to do with this.

Are there any deadlines for fixing this nightmare and any understanding from the developers about what is causing it?

In the case of the map, sometimes it helps to go into hideout and return several times; in the case of the abyss, it's clear that this method is not possible.
