[FEEDBACK] Potential Rarity Fix

Make rarity from gear apply only to item drops as well as gold, this way currency drops can only increase from map rarity and rarity on your gear would be more for target farming uniques and rare drops but u get less currency with more of it being replaced with gold as a tradeoff.

The other half of this fix is buff uniques, currently when one drops it might as well be a exalt with extra steps, buff with stats that are actually sought after but with less ceiling so its not the best option for the stats but you dont feel like your giving everything up to equip a cool unique.
