Bug with Amanamu's Gaze

My walking speed is faster with my rare boots than when I sprint.

These rares boots are corrupted with 2 socket and 1 is filled with Amanamu's Gaze if this can help.

I have 496 spirit.

or maybe sprint is considered as "Other Modifiers to Movement Speed do not apply" ??? (if it is, it's a very bad design).

Wow, it's intended. I guess I'm never touching this again.

Why on earth would they do that when you have chars like Deadeye that are actualy MUCH faster with 65% mov speed boots on top.
