Currency exchange shop - how to remove old offers from 0.2 chars without Ange?

In my currency exchange shop there are old offers created by my 0.2 char. I want to have the spaces free again since I am playing in 0.3 league (obviously...).

The problem is: If I log into my old char, I cannot travel to act 4 to meet Ange. Without meeting her I cannot place an NPC in hideout. Maybe I would need to progress the quest? It shows to meet Alva when I am in Act 3, quest marker hinting to the Ziggurat Encampment. But she is no where around...

So I am stuck currently!

(I saw the hint with league migration in character selection. But pressing the two arrow heads on top of character selection only displays "There are no available leagues to migrate progress from" for any char.)

Okay solved by travelling through the time gate and completing act 3 (speaking to Doryani). Then travel to Kingsmarch and find her.
