Lightning warp briefly do not work after alighting from the elevator from Trial of Chaos

I have been running a lightning warp blood mage farming Trial of Chaos for a while and I noticed, many times right after I alight from the elevator that brings me to start the next level, I would not warp to the ball lightning.

I am not sure if this is an elevation bug since lightning ball always seem wonky with elevation. But in this case, I am casting lightning ball upon alighting so I should be on the same elevation level as the balls.

Sometimes this can persist for quite a few seconds. Once I am able to perform a warp, I begin to warp normally again.
