Trials of Sekhmas: Floor 2 - Hourglass Room - Rares Stop Spawning

Random chance for rares to not spawn, causing you to wait for the time to tick down. Sometimes, the rares do not spawn at all. Sometimes, the rares stop spawning after killing a rare mob. The only interaction I can think is that I am wearing a headhunter. This bug only occurs in floor 2.
