NPC - Ctrl vs Alt Left-Click

# Steps to reproduce the "bug":

1. Enable WASD movement
2. Options -> Input -> "Attack in place" -> set it to ALT


# Test the bug

1. Stay "further" away from a NPC you can sell / disenchant things to
2. Ctrl Left-Click the NPC -> your character walks towards the NPC, like it should be
3. Alt Left-Click the NPC -> your character does NOT walks towards the NPC, that's a BUG


The same goes for "Ctrl" when you set this as "Attack in place".
Attack in place should't affect NPC interactions!
