A bug with the spirit

After killing Litar, the wayward spear did not drop a skull from the precious Crumbs at 40 Spirit. What should I do about this bug? Path of Exile 2

Did you wait for het to be empowered by all 3 wisps?

I've already killed this boss five times, even for a long time, and in the last stage, when he was there, and even when he was collecting lights, but I haven't gotten the +40 Spirit skull. |
