Kingsmarch - Town crier premature "The newcomer fixed the fog" - ref 3.908.407.527

When speaking with Tujen for the first time, he mentions a fog-problem and asks you to solve this.

Before you even accept, the town crier shouts that the newcomer fixed the fog, which seems premature as I had not even accepted the quest.
