Rarity Loss instead of xp loss for deaths in maps

As the title mentions, I think it could be nice to have boosted rarity for a no-death map rather than have our punishment be exp loss, and it could also replace the deaths per map cap so you can keep attempting to beat the map until you decide it's no longer lucrative or doable for your build, could be a nice reward for those Hardcore characters too. For example a map could have 10% rising rarity per map level and 1 death=5% rarity loss, but each 5 levels of map could add 1 extra piece of loot that could be lost for a death too on the final boss since we have bosses on every map now, and add the stipulation that you lose the bonus rarity as soon as the final boss is dead in a map, that way things like the abyssal depths become more risk for more reward (especially risky for meelee running into a teleporting desecrate ground enemy with hasted and mana siphon aura) as well as give incentive to find as many rares before killing the boss, no idea if the idea's been stated anywhere before but I think it could be a nice change!
