Please add effect culling to monsters shattering
My game normally runs at about 120 FPS, maybe dipping slightly below 100 on normal characters that do not use cold damage / herald of ice.
Currently, shattering even the smallest packs of mobs completely obliterates FPS. On larger packs, e.g. breaches, my FPS drops way below 30, to as low as 15. This is unacceptable and prooves that your shatter effect optimization is severely lacking and needs to be adjusted. Please, for the love of all the POE gods, add effect culling on the little crystals that spawn everywhere when shattering monsters (as of right now, the dynamic culling option has 0 effect on shatter ice particles).
