Issue with Donation Points Disappearance

I am writing to report a technical issue I encountered while attempting to make a donation to my guild approximately 12 hours ago. I would appreciate your assistance in investigating and resolving this matter.
At that time, I tried to donate 30 points to purchase a discounted Guild Gem Stash Tab. During the process, a loading icon appeared continuously in the lower-right corner of the screen. After the loading completed, the 30 points I intended to donate were deducted from my account, but the Guild Gem Stash Tab was not delivered. I request that you kindly restore the 30 points to my account or ensure that the Guild Gem Stash Tab is correctly granted. I would be grateful if this could be addressed at your earliest convenience. IIRC Guild officials have to confirm donations before they're completed.
