Turning of Ingame Links/Popups

When ingame, there are sometimes links like "Defeat Stormgore, ..." when clicked a nasty popup comes up. This is extremly annoying when fighting (for instance a breach) in an expedition area as half the screen can get flooded with that nonsense when your main attack lies on the left mouse and the mouse enters the link area.

Is there anyway to turn this garbage of?

There is not an option to turn it off. You can only disable the corner map so that the link resides higher on the screen.

There is also a chat box pop-up in the bottom left that is incredibly frustrating.

In a game where visual clarity was promised and yet it is complete @ss. AND, they put more random sh!t on the screen players can't move or disable.
