PS saying I don't have access to POE 2 EA

Hello. When I try to log in to POE 2 from my PS, it says that I need access to my account. I don't understand. I tried to merge my account, but it is already merged. I was playing just fine a month ago, and trying to play again yesterday, this is the problem.
