The Fallen Formation（Lamellar Mail）----item drop bug？

Recently, while playing the POE2 abyss league, I came across an item drop bug related to a unique item from the 2.0 league called The Fallen Formation (Lamellar Mail). It seems this item is not dropping at all in the current version.

At first, I thought it might have been removed due to balance adjustments, but I noticed that the current league's patch notes make no mention of it. So I wanted to ask: is this an item drop bug, or was it accidentally left out of the patch notes when it was removed?
