Refund 180 game coins

I just used $20 to buy 200 game points, 180 of which I used to buy 10 character slots. I found that the purchase failed. The content shows that one account can only have 255 character slots. I already have 252 character slots, so there are only 3 character slots left to purchase. My purchase failed, but the 180 points were not refunded to me. Please help customer service to refund the 180 points.
